Qualifi Level 3 Diploma in Introduction to Management

Course Overview:

The qualification has been created to develop and reward those learners who are looking to or already have chosen a career in a business-related sector. We hope that centres and learners take the opportunity to learn a great deal from this programme that will provide relevant new skills and qualities.

It is envisaged that this programme will encourage both academic and professional development so that learners move forward to realise not just their own potential but also that of organisations across a broad range of sectors. The qualification is accredited at Level 3 with a total equivalence of 60 credits. It is envisaged that learners completing the Level 3 Diploma will progress to a QUALIFI’s Level 4 qualification.

Entry Requirements:

Entry to the qualification will be through centre interview and learners will be expected to hold the following:

  • qualifications at Level 2 and/or;
  • work experience in a business environment and demonstrate ambition with clear career goals;
  • Level 3 qualification in another discipline and want to develop their careers in management

Progression routes:

The Qualification has been created to develop and reward those learners who are looking to or already have chosen a career in a business-related sector. The rationale of the programme is to provide a career path for learners who wish to develop their care capabilities within the business sector. The outcome of the Diploma, which is a recognised UK Qualification, is for learners to develop the skills required by organisations globally.

  • Learners who possess Qualifications at Level 2 and/or;
  • Learners who have work experience in a business environment and demonstrate ambition with clear career goals;
  • Learners who possess a level 3 qualification in another discipline and want to develop their careers in business management.

Course Overview:

The Level 4 Certificate provides an introduction to the main facets and operations of organisations. It introduces the challenges faced by modern day businesses. The Qualification focuses upon developing understanding, skills and abilities to equip the Learner with the awareness and aptitudes to be an effective organisational manager and leader.

Entry Requirements:

  • Learners who have demonstrated some ability and possess Qualifications at Level 3, for example ‘A’ Levels or vocational awards;
  • Learners who have spent some time in an organisational role and shown they have capability and drive to develop
  • Learners seeking further professional development and gain work related skills and knowhow

Qualifi Level 5 Diploma or second of 3 year Honours Degree at UK University

Course Overview:

The Level 4 Certificate provides an introduction to the main facets and operations of organisations. It introduces the challenges faced by modern day businesses. The Qualification focuses upon developing understanding, skills and abilities to equip the Learner with the awareness and aptitudes to be an effective organisational manager and leader.

Entry Requirements:

  • The qualifications has been designed to be accessible without artificial barriers that restrict access and progression. Entry to the qualification will be through centre interview.
  • In certain circumstances, learners with considerable experience but no formal qualifications may be considered, subject to interview regarding their ability to cope with the demands of the programme.

Exemptions for Qualifi Level 4 Certificate and Level 5 Diploma

Course Overview:

The Qualification deals with complex and challenging organisational issues and opportunities. The units are closely linked to current day real world and work challenges and the Qualification will test and develop student’s workplace experience and abilities. The Qualification will require learners to make judgments and provide creative and practical solutions and ways of responding to organisational challenges and problems. An action based approach will be sought and learners who have strong motivation to progress in their chosen career and business pathway will gain significantly from the qualification.

Course Overview:

The Qualification provides comprehensive coverage of the issues, challenges and disciplines growth organisations or business start-ups face. Learners who want to make a success of their own business venture or to develop their skills in promoting or creating growth in organisations will gain significantly from this qualification. The inspired student or entrepreneur will gain valuable insights into the characteristics, skills, resources and tools required to drive a growing organisation or business start-up forward. Learners will be required to be proactive and engage with businesses that have growth strategies or start-ups with ambition. Learners will be expected to create ideas and plans that support their personal business goals or those of organisations that they are involved with.

  • Learners who possess Qualifications at Level 3 and/or 4;
  • Learners who have work experience and demonstrate drive and ambition to start their own business, or work in business development;
