Our General English Program

Our General English program is ideal for students wanting to improve their overall English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary. This course is open to students over 18 who want to build confidence in using English, whether they are living, studying, or working in the UK.

Our supportive teachers are dedicated to your learning journey. When you arrive, you’ll complete a placement test to find the best level for you. On your first day, you’ll discuss your goals with the Director of Studies, and each week, you’ll complete a review test to assess your progress with your teacher.

Tailored Learning Approach

If you’re looking to strengthen particular areas, you can add one-on-one sessions to your general English classes. These sessions are fully customized and target specific needs identified by you and your teacher. For example, if you’d like to improve your pronunciation, you can add a Pronunciation Booster to your standard course for focused practice.

One-on-one classes are available daily, allowing you to take one or two sessions to help you reach your goals effectively and efficiently.

You can also choose to study more intensively by combining General English with courses such as Business English or Exam Preparation. If you prefer a more relaxed pace, you can pair General English with a Creative Workshop, where you’ll have the chance to practice vocabulary in engaging, real-life contexts outside the classroom.
